How Should I Pass On a Referral?
When you’re on a job and determine that a customer could benefit from restoration services, or they simply want a professional opinion, the best way to ensure they’re taken care of is to introduce us directly.
We recommend calling us on speaker phone with the customer present and saying something like:
“Hi, this is Bob with ACME Plumbing. I’m here with Mrs. Jones. She just had a sump pump failure and is looking for help drying out her home. I’m going to pass the phone to her so you can collect her information and get her taken care of.”
This approach helps ensure:
- Your client is helped quickly and clearly
- There’s no confusion or delay
- We know exactly who referred the job so we can take care of you as well
